mcMMO allows for an RPG-like experience to exist in the world of Minecraft. This experience is complete with skill leveling, special abilities, brand new mechanics, and even changes in player-versus-player combat. Depending on how much a certain tool is used or a certain action is performed, players will gain experience that will eventually add bonuses such as double drops, rare drops, or ability enhancements.

Parties let you create a group of people you can talk to without public chat listening to your conversation, but they have other added benefits and features too. As you do things in a party, your party will gain levels. These levels will unlock many perks within the members of the party.
