Hey just a little talk about the Christmas event and what I liked and what I want you to take away for future events.
So I loved how it was based on a PvP aspect and how it was an extension of the server that quite honestly I enjoyed playing yet that was only for the first night it was out yet after the first night it was almost impossible to play since all players had gotten all the boxes and there was no insensitive to play any longer. There are a few ways you can fix this such as a separate way to get points that was single player or make it a leaderboard system like you had yet it worked like top 10% players get all event items top 25% get 4/5 event items and so on. Also I feel as if it was too much for an event since I had to pay 600k to players to farm points yet it still took 2-3 hours to get all the points with minimal disruption so if it were around a 50/50 win rate between teams it could take around 6 hours of just farming. It also got a bit boring going through the same thing over and over again for the 3 hours of farming to where I figured out the fastest way to get to the other side and kill the team and they found the quickest way to die to me and where to stand. just a few more ideas for prisons that you can think about and some are just quick ideas that may cause issues so you may have to think them through before starting to add or adjust after added:
-cost of a shop is a weakly/monthly payment and you can get different sizes that cost more the higher you go up
-shop prices adjust to how much money you are making from the shop (eg. have to pay 10% sale tax per unit sold)
-keep jobs but change them a little bit to fit to prisons and also if your doing a different thing then your job(s) that you chose you get less money (if you cut wood without the wood cutting job you get less [or you can get a bonus for doing the job you chose])
-you may be able to add stuff in parts so like every few weeks a new mine is built
-id personally say do not reset prisons ever sort of like survival otherwise s2 will get barely any players because it would be repetitive
-add just casual events such as when it turns night you might be able to find fallen stars around outside parts of mines. this could also make people want to go back to previous mines for certain casual events
-add a monthly leaderboard where its whoever gets top 10 or something gets a reward. this does not need to be a $5 on dogecraft shop yet it can be something like the clocks in survival where you get a job boost yet make it a minor boost such as like +10% double drop chance or +1% extra sell profits or even just a perm speedboost
-add some way to prevent people getting too high on the leaderboards where its almost impossible to catch up yet dont make it so the people at the top cant maintain there place
-if the leaderboards are added id say prevent the person from participating in the next leaderboard for the month or blacklist them for a few days off the leaderboard so they cant gain points for like 5-10 days yet after they can try catch up
-custom ore crafts where they sell for more yet you can only make so many in a day or you have to wait a while for them to craft.
-teams. this will allow them to share a storage/shop cell. (and thing after if added)
-pvp portal at spawn where if you stay in a zone long enough (capture the flag style) your whole team gets a boost like 50% more sell price whilst zone is claimed. this will give a reason to do pvp for higher players (can rotate bonus for claiming every weak or so) people can reclaim it from another team to there team this will make other teams try defend the zone for there team.
-make sure ce's are not to op where it makes you almost unkillable
-bonus drops in pvp every hour but dont make them too op yet not too weak
-Gemstones like in survival yet can drop in mines (may have to balance prices and change crafts)
-sell fee on ah (25% ish to promote use of shops instead of just ah)
-singular smelting and crafting rooms to prevent item stealing (normal furnace not blast)

i agree with that yet dont have it turned on instantly when you join and make it how you have to activate it first using the command "/itemlock" as mentioned yet make "/itemlock" for specific items and "/invlock" to lock your whole inv. with "/itemlock" to (un)lock it then all you need to do is hover over the item like how cshops are used

cant find first message yet it was something about adding groups
mby itll open a gui with like the player heads who you are friends with where you can see if there online (indicated with a red or green glass pane) and then you can see how long they have been offline or how long they have been online for if they are online. clicking there head will tp you to them without them having to do /Tpaccept (unless the player you click disables auto friend tp) also mby add it sorta like discord so where it pops up a chest gui of groups you are in and then if you click the group it sends you to that group chat. this could also be used in something like a group bank similar to IS bank in skyblock just for builds. you could also link the "group" idea to dogecraft purchase ranks so that lets say unpaid players with no ranks can only make 1 group max, lapis can make 3 max and so on. this would also be useful for prisons when that comes out so where it can tp you to there prison shop/cell
thought about this after i wrote where in the gui it also shows what reses the player has (players can disable viewing of this ofc)
also if someone on the friend list joins mby add a popup when they join in chat

Ay a few just edits that would make chat a little better imo are just firstly remove the "please chat slower messages" because I always get them with messages that are only like 10-20 words and secondly remove the "your message is to large" because it's like 10 characters before Minecraft caps you out anyway

i think the issue with skyblock was that there was no relatability both with original skyblock and new skyblock. ogsky ended as you got 1 or 2 ig's and then newskyblock had the issue of it having no target nor were the custom mobs really worth farming in the end. ofc at the start of newskyblock the playerbase was huge yet when everyone joined there were minimal people that could add onto the playerbase because everyone was already on so for the first 3 ish days it was at its maturity phase where people had stuff to do yet no more players were joining. after the 3 days people started gradually to stop playing it because they done everything since there was no clear target and no point to go through all the effort to get the best spawner since you could get a lot more just not paying attention to it. this was cemented since you could not auto grind them without an auto clicker. by week 2 there was 0 players playing on that server id say 80% of the day. it also seemed to make less people play the game updating it to newskyblock overall time since as mentioned there was no target. in my opinion you either need to just go back to ogsky instead of the newsky if you want it to be average player base yet will never rise yet will be more then newsky after 2 weeks or keep newsky yet reset monthly and add a leaderbord monthly so person(s) with most money gets like giftcards and some survival or slimefun money. this would give insentive to play and would keep playerbase very active yet dropping a little by the end. with the second idea you would need to plaster it all over spawn that person(s) with most gets this money.

Make Res banks use up money if someone buys an item in the Res with cshop. For example:
Bank 10000
Player sells item for 5000
Bank -5000
Bank 5000
This would allow multi player shops to be more easily managed. Also any profits from the business will go back into the bank instead of the individual player who made the bank:
Bank 10000
Buys something for 5000
Bank +5000
Bank 15000

about a gui for crates to put crate items in temporarily
an issue with that would be that if you opened crates and it gave more items then in your inv or then it wont give the items to you. mby something that could help that is something similar to the thing the ah gui where if something doesn't sell it gives you a few days to recollect your unsold items yet instead of a few days it would only be like 30m-1h

i mean a hunger games event would be fun yet you would have to link some sort of single player thing to do to gain points because we wouldnt want the same thing that happened to the snowball thing.

ay ive thought about the idea a little and although the solution at the moment is just asking them to move maybe when the survival 2.0 comes out whenever that may be you could add something similar to my idea about there being a border around the res 3x bigger than the normal res or instead add it in the rulebook so people know to ask before claiming since it isn't really a rule or isn't stated anywhere already besides in texts in the discord. ofc this is just a quick idea and could easily have issues like for example lets say someone wanted to build a res like area 51 for example and needed multiple reses next to each other he/she wouldn't be able to use the block from building because he/she wouldn't be able to make a res next to it. and if you made it per res that it was a 3x border and they had 9 600-600 reses next to each other it would only be a 600 border instead of a 1800 border (1.8k-1.8k res) yet this may not be a big issue since 600 blocks is still out of render distance. one of the main issues i can see from not adding this is just for a short example the res that was out front of Walmart that eventually may have stopped Walmart expanding forwards therefore lets say someone built a decently well built house in front of Walmart yet it blocked it in you wouldn't just be able to ask them to move there base because they already built on it yet at the time that Walmart was claimed and then that base was built in front of them they may have not known the shop or res was going to get that big so you wouldn't have been able to warn the player out front of Walmart before they started building (one sec need to write another msg before i reach limit XD)
there are a few other ways i could see of preventing stuff like this from happening and here they are; firstly you could make people pay taxes on residence's instead of wait for 3 months. (would have to be balanced out for taxes also would give a use to /bank so it takes it out of the res bank instead of player bank), you could expand the world border even more for 2.0 yet i do think it should be combined with another idea otherwise big reses will have the same issue and world space wont be appreciated as much as it would have otherwise and also i think expanding the world size for 2.0 would be quite a good idea since world height is also being added. for now they are my ideas i do not expect all ideas to be added due to there various issues yet i hope you take these ideas into consideration for the future of dogecraft -cough cough- also find some way to prevent inflation of the economy before you release it so you don't have to stress about it when its close/past release
also including the use of banks more for reses would allow players to chose what reses they care more about also slowing inflation
also because of the tax you will need to make sure there is a way to recirculate or add in money at a constant stream with a hard roof (like the jobs)
also whilst your there add some way to open your shops and make them a PLC (Public Limited Company) so i can invest in dogecoin

Sub sub res and sub res can be under 3-3 blocks
Well I was more thinking the uses for farms and such like you can set a large area to be the main farm with the label yet you can only destroy in the sub sub (mby to prevent screen getting spammed with "welcome to ----" just disable it in subreses unless set). But yes would also be useful for big towns and other uses like shops.

Ay Niko when someone buys a crate from the store (skin or dogebox or whatever) give a slight discount for the profile for the next 12-24 hours on the item they purchased to increase eargency to buy another box(es)
Maybe don't allow that to carry over to events ofc otherwise it'll be too much or like reduce the persenrage in events to still give an insentive that is still a little lower then normal price yet still not like 50% off or some shit that could stack upon events

Issues with this idea. You would need to find some way to check through the players mojang account to get birthday and if it was just a simple name your birthday thing it would just be easy to set it for the next day and if this was stopped by one time set of birthday you could still log in with alt accounts and if you had then you could just grind them

Well issue there is how are you really going to modirate it besides ip's. Some ideas could be like look at ip's (ofc but no way to really know before already taken so can just log on and chuck at somone ect..). tbh I was about to say something else yet I forgot what it was

Maybe make a bot to check accounts on a certain IP, as multiple vpns are blocked on the server, I'd say give them an option to select an account to have the birthday on

Yeh but are they really going to make a bot to prevent one thing when stuff like prisons is in the work?
But tbh the best bet would be probs playtime if it was ever added although the issue with that would be if the world had to get rolled back again (like last time) everyones playtime would be on 0 again
Also I do like the idea yet personally is it really worth adding in? Like im not trying to be a hater yet it's mostlikely going to be a feature that is forgotten. In 1 year no one will know about how to set up there birthday because it's sorta just a thing like playtime or /daily no one ever uses it
As I normally do the way you could argue against this is maybe make every year give a limited edition hat (like what clash of clans does with structures)
Although thinking about this idea wouldn't it just be better to do a mini event every year to give out party hats for dogecrafts birthday?
The hats would be some of the most expensive items in the game since they would be limited to one day (/week) and would never come back and can't be re used (tbh might be worth making some way just to remove birthday skins since they are so rare and eventually will all be destroyed
And btw if the event thing does happen make it quite a limited span of time instead of 2-3 months
Would also give a decently easy event to set up each year since you don't need to ever really Change anything from the last year besides the skin if you didn't want to yet of course could be made into a bigger event (but I see it more of a give away to the community event)
