Minecraft Username: DoomRhito
Discord Username (ID): Osahar#5126
Timezone: Central Standard Time
Do you have access to discord and a working microphone?
Do you have screenshotting software such as Gyazo, Lightshot, Imgur?
Do you have the ability to record Minecraft videos?
I do, but I have never done so before. I have people that can help me execute such things however.
Are you multilingual (Speak more than one language)?
No, my primary language is English. I speak a few phrases here and there in other languages.
How much time do you have to contribute to the role?
Presently 8-12 hours a day. If I were to receive a job offer after quarantine it would remain at 6-8 hours a day
What is encouraging you to become a Builder on DogeCraft?
The builds that are already present have already inspired me and motivated me to begin contributing large builds of my own, as well as work with others on large scale projects on the server such as res tp kill, or my own Great War Monument (A WW1 Monument/exibit). I enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to the server.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?
If you choose me over other applicants it would be because you have been able to observe my work ethic and my ability to collaborate with others and found that it would fit in with your team. I am dedicated to achieving build goals and I'm more than willing to put in the time it takes to execute them to my best.
Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so please include details.
I have not.
Tell us about a time you made a mistake within the last year? How did you deal with it? What did you learn? (Can be anything)
A mistake that sticks out in my mind is when I was speaking with my location manager about my manpower needs for my departments and how they weren't being met. halfway through the conversation I realized he had become defensive about the subject and that perhaps I had come on too strong about the subject. I immediately apologized, diffused the situation and clarified my position on the matter, and emphasized my desire to collaborate on resolving the need for manpower resources rather than fight about their need.
If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Minecraft?
I am a professional artist and take commissions when I have time. I also volunteer with my charity, and I am a super nerd when it comes to comics and D&D.
Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience?
I was a manager of three department's at my previous job, and I have been a charity owner/founder for 12. I have Moderated for groups of 10K+ members, but do not possess server mod experience.
What would help keep you motivated to advance your position within the staff team?
Seeing how the server interacts with the builds, being able to maintain successful work relationships within the team and having a positive impact in the server in a way that can be tangibly seen.
