Hello everyone, I decided to apply so I could help this amazing community. I think the Q&A will tell you quite a bit about me, but I'm open to questions, if you have any.

Do you have access to discord and a working microphone? Yes I own and use a microphone.
Do you have screenshotting software such as Gyazo, Lightshot, Imgur? I do indeed, I am using lightshot.
Do you have the ability to record Minecraft videos? Yes, I use OBS (Open Broadcaster Software).
Are you multilingual (Speak more than one language)? I am natively from France, I am fluent in both French and English. I know bits of other languages here and there.
How much time do you have to contribute to the role? Any time I am online and help is needed. I log in most days for several hours.
What is encouraging you to become a Intern on DogeCraft? Helping people, supporting the team and trying to do the right thing for the community.
Why should we choose you over other applicants? I am mature, serious and hard working. I do my best to be fair and just towards people as wait as patient and loving.
Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so please include details. No, never. Not in any other game either.
Tell us about a time you made a mistake within the last year? How did you deal with it? What did you learn? (Can be anything) I trusted a long time friend (we've known each other for almost 20 years) for work. I started my own business and needed someone with his skill set. It turned out I could not trust him, he would constantly look down on me, not respect the work agenda we had and just do whatever he felt like doing. He also was very disrespectful. He wasted us time so we had to part ways. I did not let him push me over and I stood up to him, after a few second chances, I let him go. What I learned from this experience is that sometimes you think you can trust someone because you're friends, but this can't be a good enough basis to establish trust in a business. Even if you work with a friend or family, trust has to be earned and respect has to be mandatory.
If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Minecraft? I very much so like to listen to music (Gospel, Jazz, Blues mostly and a bit of classical, country, soul) and to read (The Bible, Jules Verne, Alfred Hitchcock mostly), I like the outdoors and nature and I like people. I help people if I can.
Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience? Yes, I have. I have managed multiple teams and businesses of various sizes, I have been guild master in MMORPGs in the past, I have owned and lead a Minecraft server myself, a long time ago. I have also studied leadership when I studied project management and business.
What would help keep you motivated to advance your position within the staff team? Respect, friendship and the advancement of the community. After all if I apply at all, it is for the community and to help relieve the staff of their efforts.
