Hello harv3y3,

to start with you seemed like a nice dude so it's a shame this had to happen.
However there is no doubt in my mind, and other admins mind that you were x-raying.
We followed you whilst you were mining on a couple of occasions and that's all it took to convince us that you were.
You started mining straight down then instantly turned into a large dia vein, and when Flioghty asked in chat "why" you instantly stopped and started looking around, further raising the suspicion.
Attached are some images showing examples of your mining. I am not one to question it but the things you claimed to so such as coding and everything it seems highly unlikely that you do not know how to add a texturepack to minecraft, thats just speculation but would be a shame if you were lying on your ban appeal.
For these reasons I am denying your appeal, feel free to reappeal in 2 weeks. Thankyou.
