I have already been banned for x ray and I am truly sorry about that.
This time I was banned for ban evasion

My in game name is goldenappleeater

I was banned 1/7/2021

I was banned by Rice4Tom

Well I was banned because I was previously banned for x raying, so I decided to use my dad's account to check if all my stuff was there and if anything was broken, I also wanted to check the coordinates so I could see it on the map of survival. So they banned that account and then changed MY account's ban time to permanently.

Honestly this time I want to be unbanned to prove i am not the kind of person I seem, I've been playing on here for a week and it is so fun I just constantly cant wait to get out of school. Another reason is I have made friends on here and my cousin plays often.

One last thing, Rice4Tom is just an insane staff, he got me so quick. Thank you

Upsetting to see you back here so soon.
I'm just going to have to deny this ban appeal and ask you to re appeal in 2 weeks' time.
You got banned for x-ray permanently, you then appealed and I accepted the appeal and gave you the benefit of the doubt and for a new start with a second chance, so I reduced the permaban to 10 days. Not even 3 hours after your appeal got accepted you joined with an alternate account to check something that you didn't need to and could have easily waited the 10 days to do, which is clear and blatant ban evasion. You could have just waited the 10 days and come back and it would have been fine but ban evasion regardless what the original ban was for or how long is unacceptable and makes your case a lot more difficult to appeal and I hope you realise this.
As I said you are more than welcome to re-appeal in 2 weeks time but for the time being I am going to have to keep you banned.
