I understand the frustration, losing bases from inactivity and coming back to find all the items taken sucks, so i'm sorry it happened to you.
However i will say this:
It is entirely unfair and honestly kind of rude to expect the staff of the server to be online and looking at the discord 24/7. We all have our own lives which believe it or not do not revolve around the minecraft server.
An hour is NOT a long time at all, and expecting an immediate response etc is, again, unrealistic and unfair on us as a staff team.
We come from all around the world, in different time zones with different things going on in our lives, so I think the least you could have done is be patient. Just because staff are online on the discord does not mean they are online on the server. For example the message you sent in the general chat "I require assistance" (Which is quite ambiguous, this is why you make a ticket and wait), was at 2.30 in the morning for me, when I was very much asleep.
I hope you understand my points and take them into consideration for wherever you go from here and become more understanding with situations and why certain things may take some time to deal with.
